These cheerful
Santa and Sleigh (Forever®)
stamps portray Santa Claus flying through the air in his sleigh. With a cargo of toys and gifts produced in his workshop by elves, he lands on the rooftop of house after house and slides down the chimney to leave presents for girls and boys of all ages.
Santa's annual journey is joyfully captured in this block of four holiday stamps, with two rows of two stamps each presenting a “classic” image of Santa and his reindeer circling around snow-covered rooftops.
Though his roots go much further back, the modern Santa Claus, the giver of gifts, captured the American imagination in the Revolutionary War era. At that time, understandably critical of English traditions, people looked to the Dutch figure of Sinterklaas for cultural cues and seasonal inspiration. Since then, Santa has become more popular, and is today beloved by millions of children who write him letters, track his progress on the Internet, and leave him milk and cookies as tokens of their esteem.
To their cards and letters and yours, these stamps will add a dash of holiday merriment. Double-check your mailing list so you don't forget anyone nice!
And to help make sure Santa visits children who might not otherwise have any gifts to open at Christmas, join “Operation Santa.” Here's how it works: Register at any participating U.S. Post Office and read letters to Santa from participating boys and girls. Select a letter and provide gifts for the writer! Operation Santa observes its 100th anniversary in 2012. Although USPS began receiving letters addressed to Santa more than 100 years ago, it was in 1912 that Postmaster General Frank Hitchcock authorized local postmasters to allow postal employees and citizens to respond to the letters. This program became known as Operation Santa. Today, hundreds of thousands of elves across the country are helping Santa make his rounds!
Artist Paul Rogers worked with art director Howard Paine to create this block of four holiday stamps. These computer-generated images were originally drawn in pencil on paper.

stamps are being issued in double-sided booklets of 20 self-adhesive stamps. Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.

Shipping & Handling Time
Most of the items (except Pre-order items and FDC) will be sent out
within 1 business day
after you pay the invoice.  Please review the positive feedback from the buyers.  The actual delivery time varies due to the destination.
Shipping & Handling Fee
I am trying to offer the lowest shipping fee if possible.  The item will be sent out via USPS standard mail (or first class mail) with
no tracking number
.  I will take a picture of the package as proof of delivery.  The shipping fee is listed as below -
First item (USA) -
between USD .26 and USD .95, depends on the size
First Item (International) -
between USD .04 and USD .51, depends on the destination
Each eligible additional item (USA / International) -
FREE (see combined shipping discount), independent of size and destination
Combined Shipping Discount
The combined shipping discount can be applied only on the items showing up
in the same invoice
.  The shipping fee of each eligible additional item is free.  If you have any question, please check with me before you pay. I will always get back to you within 12 hours.
Important tips to save shipping fee -
If you are purchasing multiple stamps through "Buy it now" option, please make sure
all the items
are in the basket before any payment.  Please review the invoice carefully to ensure all the items are listed there so that eBay System can apply the combined shipping discount properly.
Otherwise, eBay / PayPal will charge the FULL shipping fee for each item and they withhold the transaction fee & commission based on FULL shipping payment.  There is no easy way to refund the difference unless we cancel all the transactions one by one.

Package Loss Responsibilities
In order to provide the lowest shipping fee, I am sending all items by USPS standard mail without tracking number.  I cannot hold responsible if the packet is lost due to postage.  If you need extra shipping protection, please consider the following options and let me know before you pay -
