    ♦ Defective merchandise can only be returned within 30 days upon receipt date. Please include a detailed description of the defect and if you want a replacement or a refund to be issued. Once the item is received, Superior Deals reserves the right to test defective returns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee for the returned item and if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can only be replaced with the same model if available However, we do not reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store.
    ♦ All returned merchandise must be in original condition, include the original factory box (UPC bar code, serial number, and security tag must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.
    NOTE:
    THE SECURITY TAG AND UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT AND THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX/ ITEM. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or package. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
