    Description

    For bid is an original May 24, 1890 Children's Ticket for admission to the CALEDONIAN GAMES played at Goodwater Grove.  Admission to the game cost 25 cents.  These are like the modern-day "Scottish Games" and were played at Goodwater Grove in Stockton, California.  Ticket was glued into a scrapbook for over 100 years.  Blue ticket and a GREAT piece of California sports history.  Goodwater Grove was an old name for "Oak Park" in Stockton, in San Joaquin County, California.
