A vintage booklet style brochure explaining the requirements and course of instruction at the Lindsey Hopkins Hotel Training School in Dade County, Florida. Measures approx. 9 ins. x 4 ins. and consists of four pages plus covers bound with two staples. Contains eligibility requirements, registration information and a brief outline of each area of training. Areas of interest include the increase in times of training made by hand and the fact that Front Office Cashiering courses seem to be limited to women. Mention is also made that courses are “adapted to cover peculiarities of resort operation in Dade County”. Overall very sound condition with a bump to upper staple and a small bump to lower edge. An area of tone is also visible across the top edge with a much smaller one along the bottom and a few tiny spots to both covers easily visible in the photos. Undated but probably dates from the 1950’s based on the lack of zip code in the address and the telephone numbers. Questions gladly answered.
