Some molds are made for each order.  This means that the shipping time frame is a little longer than molds that are pre-made from China and sent to us.  Please be patient, we allow for this issue within each listing so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Damaged goods or items?
All items are visual inspected and cleaned before leaving for the Post Office.

I only ship to Paypal Confirmed Addresses, no exception!
This means that your address that you have on file with Paypal must be correct and current.

Do I ship Internationally?
The short answer is NO.
The reason for this is that once the package leaves the United States we are unable to track the package.  We once offered international shipping to other countries but that became a nightmare when customers said they were not receiving their items.  They would reach out to us wondering what to do but all we could tell them to do is contact their Customs and Postal Service agents to see what happened.
Lost or stolen package?
LOST PACKAGES ARE NOT ARE RESPONSIBLITY!!!
We ship our packages using the United States Postal Service with a tracking number.  This allows both us and our customers to track the package sent should a problem arise.  If you think your package is lost or stolen PLEASE  contact USPS with the date the package ships plus all the stops in between before reaching its destination.  Please do not wait a month or longer to submit a claim form through the USPS website.
Returning an Item
Sorry, NO returns can be accepted on any Silicone Molds.
The reason for this is because once the mold is in the buyers possession they have the ability to use the mold then return the item that has been used with scents or other chemicals that leave residues.  Another reason is that molds could possibly be copied before returning.
